Real Estate: Chris Mihm Manhattan Beach Home On The Market

Who? Yes Chris Mihm did play in the NBA as recently as the '08-'09 season. Still don't remember the big man that was a Laker from 2004 to 2009 before being traded to Memphis and suffering an injury. At any rate he has a nice house, and it's time he doesn't want it any more or maybe he's not in Manhattan Beach any longer.

The L.A. Times' Lauren Beale details the home.

The Mediterranean, custom built in 2002, has a 25-foot-high entry, coved ceilings in the formal dining room, a game room and a center island with seating in the kitchen, which opens to a family room. The more than 4,300-square-foot villa includes five bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms. A large deck surrounds the pool with spa and fountain. A two-car garage and a one-car garage have separate driveways.
Ya think 25-foot entry ways are high enough for 7-footers? The asking price is a little over $2 million. We just love to see how creative NBA players get when they purchase a home especially when it's custom built like this one.
