Jordan Finally Gets Into HOF...In North Carolina

Yes Jordan is in the North Carolina Hall of Fame. Took long enough huh, I mean really why so long. Well he was elected in '93 but in Carolina you must personally accept the accept the invitation, so Jordan will do that this month. Either way it's deserving.

Jordan played his high school ball in Wilmington for Laney and then his college ball under Dean Smith at North Carolina where his jumper lead the Tar Heels to the NCAA National Championship in 1982.

Michael said in a statement..."When I think about all the great athletes from North Carolina that inspired me to become the best I could be, it's humbling to know that now I stand with them as members of a very special fraternity," Jordan said.
