It's not easy being good. Fans come to expect big things, night in and night out. And as Lin found out Thursday night, all it takes is one game to go from hero to zero in the eyes of many New Yorkers. After playing his first sub par game since becoming a starter against the Miami Heat on Thursday night, Lin found himself plastered on the back pages of all the major New York newspapers- for all the wrong reasons.

It's amazing that one player could do so much in so little time for a team, a league and a sport, and yet still be bashed by the media after one bad game. Only in New York.
