R&B Singer Monica celebrated her 30th birthday with her fiance' and some of his teammates at Philippe Chow in West Hollywood last night. Monica partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation and asked invited guests, fans and celebrity friends to make a donation on behalf of Monica’s Still Standing Foundation. The event also doubled as an "engagement party" for her & Shannon; making it official!! Check out pics of the celeb guest who came out in the rain to have a good time......
