Nancy G. Lopez-Ruiz had recently been named to the Miami Heat dance team for the 2010-'11 season.
She was killed while riding her Suzuki GSX R motorcycle this past Friday.
We just hate to hear this type of thing especially with so much excitement in Miami for this upcoming season. While she wasn't a player, how many of us love the dance team moves during timeouts, which means she was still a part of the NBA family.
We send our deepest sympathy her family.
