Yes Kobe is in his 15th season and Mike is in his 1st full season as a majority owner but 13 years ago on January 25th 1998 when the final All-Star Game ballot returns were in they both made history. For Michael it was the ninth time he would lead all players in votes which is and NBA record. For Kobe he would become the youngest starter in All-Star Game history at the tender age of 19.
