UPDATE: Tweet: Matt Barnes vs Gloria "Basketball Wife" Govan

Last week Matt Barnes was arrested on domestic violence charges that we suspect were with ex-fiance Gloria Govan.




And then he tweeted this:

“U know any domestic violence situation 9 outa 10 times the man gets arrested. That’s the case here I was the victim but still got arrested. No matter what I say people are gonna think what they want…”

So then, of course, a court date is set...it was yesterday.
But the night before he was due before the judge...he tweeted some PR friendly photos of how good of a dad he is...spending time with his boys.

And the twitter message was:

"Isaiah and Carter want to learn the triangle offense.”

UPDATE: 

A judge has approved a prosecutors' request for a delay to determine whether to bring domestic violence charges against Lakers swingman Matt Barnes, according to reports.
At Barnes' arraignment in Sacramento, the prosecutors' request for a delay until Oct. 18 was agreed to by the judge.
