It turns out Knicks fans aren't interested in Bieber fever. During last night's Knicks-Mavricks game at MSG, the 16 year old pop star was greeted with boo's from the crowd. Check out the video of the incident below.



That handsome man sitting next to Bieber is Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist. Maybe he's giving the kid some advice on how to deal with being taunted by the crowd, something the "King" has to be used to after years of playing in MSG. Yeah, turns out New York fans aren't always on their best behavior. Who knew?

Doc To Lead East In All Star Game

Boston Celtics head coach Doc Rivers will be coach the Eastern Conference at the All Star game later this month in Los Angeles.

River earned the spot with the Celtics win over Sacramento last night giving them the Eastern Conference best record for games played through February 6th. Despite injuries in Boston much of the season Rivers is leading a Celtics team that is 22-3 at home and shooting a league high, yes league high .501 from the field.

With the reserves being announced on Thursday, as many as four Celtics could be selected, we wondering if Doc is going to throw his hands up when it comes to splitting minutes to the Heat Big Three or his own Big Three? Now seeing how he would manage that if Bosh is selected and his Big Three are selected will be fun to watch, cause we know "Chillin" vs Hard Work are too different things. After all he's going up against Gregg Popovich another championship coach and championship coaches do like to win regardless of the event.

Jayson Williams is in the news and no it's not the police blotter. His facial expressions are a long way from what they use to be in light of all those legal troubles.Williams was sentenced to 5 years in prison and possible parole after 18 months on lesser charges stemming from the 2002 shooting death of a limousine driver last February. Williams will star in "Of Track" which is a reality show or movies as it's dubbed where Williams will ride out on a luxury train across the country seeking the perfect interview.

Former NBA hoopers Charles Oakley and Anthony Avent make apperances. Pop Stars Joey McIntyre of New Kids On The Block and Chris Sullivan of 'N Sync are also on the trailer.

We gotta be honest it has peeked our interest and looks like it will provide a laugh or two. Hey if you sneaking and watching Basketball Wives then you may as well give this sometime also. 2011 Rookie Challenge Rosters Released

One of the added features to NBA All Star weekend is the T-Mobile Challenge between the rookies and the sophomores (2nd year players). The Sophomores have dominated the event since it's inception but the Rookies stepped up and won last year and those guys are now sophomores and that Rookie line up isn't anything to make light of.

Tyreke Evans will lead the sophomores.

It could be a very busy weekend for Blake Griffin. He will lead the Rookies on Friday night, participate in the Dunk Contest on Saturday night and still has a shot at being selected as a reserve for the All Star Game on Sunday.

The 2011 NBA All Star uniforms were released last week. Now the NBA will allow players the option to wear skin-tight jersey top. Adidas is the maker of the new NBA Revolution 30 jerseys being worn this season. Now each player has the option so were sure that the casual female fan may find this years All Star Game a little more attractive.

Most NBA players these days wear a compression tank top under their jersey. So why not just skip the jersey and wear the compression undergarment function as the uniform top?

That’s an idea that the NBA has decided to test-drive in the upcoming all-star game. The league will announce today that all players in that game will have the option of wearing skin-tight compression tanks instead of the standard Adidas jerseys.

It isn’t yet clear how many people will take the league up on this offer.


Another idea that were sure a few players are going to try. Th e obvious issue will be the shorts? Will they have skin-tight shorts also or rock the baggy shorts? How do you like the look?
