Spotted: Gilbert Arenas is expecting another child

 Gilbert Arenas' on again/off again fiance Laura Govan is pregnant again.  And she showed off her baby bump at her "Basketball Wives" sister's Gloria and fiance' Matt Barnes' "Welcome To L.A." party last week.
